In this assignment (individual mini-project) you will develop the written strategic plan for the company you have chosen CAMP BOW WOW.

Create a plan to add, modify, or delete a product or service that addresses your department or organizations mission, vision, and values and as well as the external environment and internal resources. Use the results of the SWOT analysis you performed in Module 7 (Assignment 7.2) to develop your plan.

Your plan should include the following sections:

A review of mission vision and values statements

A section on the external environmental analysis

A review of the internal environmental analysis

Identification of strategic alternatives

The selection and description of a strategic plan

A rationale for that strategic plan, including how it fits into the operations
