The Agile Approach The Rolling Wave Variation of the Waterfall Approach

Your objective is to create a 1 page guide to assist you in your future endeavours on which of these two methods would best fit your project. In order to meet the criteria for this assignment, what you turn in should be more than just a list of pro's and con's.

• Create a table with 3 columns.
  1. The first will be where you will place the criteria mentioned below
  2. The second will be for Agile
  3. The third will be for Rolling Wave
• Down the first column, create a set of criteria you can use to contrast the 2 approaches. The criteria should not be too verbose -- for example one of your criteria should be "Length of Project"
• Indicate in the columns for each approach -- how each criteria is used to determine which approach to take
• You should have a minimum of 10 criteria and not more than 20. If your research turned up more than 20 factors (which it could), select what you think are the most important factors
• Cite your references at the bottom of the document well enough that I can check a few of them out. While you could get away with 1 cite I would rather see at least 3
