Instructions

Using information that you have learned from the readings and videos, write a $12$ page paper that discusses the four functional areas within a business and their role in managing change and growth.

Your paper should be formatted with a heading for each functional area: marketing, human resources, accounting & finance, and operations.

Under each heading, you will:

Describe the functional area. What is it and what does it do within the organization? Your description should include $2-3$ main tasks associated with the department.

Explain how the functional area contributes to the overall success of the organization using specific examples from your readings or the videos.

Describe how the functional area contributes to managing organizational change. In this response, feel free to consider the Eight Steps to Successful Change that you have learned about in Our Iceberg Is Melting. Be sure to use specific examples from your readings or the videos.
