In this Ethics Consultant Report assignment, you will present your analysis on the ethical strengths and opportunities to improve within your organization. Based upon these strengths and opportunities, you will recommend a new or revised Ethical Decision-Making Framework to guide the organization when faced with ethical concerns and dilemmas. You will report on the ethical environment you discovered in the organization through your research. For example, which opportunities or threats have the most influence on the organization? Which strengths and/or weaknesses have the most influence on the organization? Your team will also recommend necessary changes to the organizations Ethical Decision-Making Framework if they already have one, or recommend a new one, as well as explain how you would implement these changes. You will also answer how your proposed Ethical Decision-Making Framework will foster an improved ethical environment for the organization and create more value for all the organizations stakeholders. Your Ethics Consultant Report will also respond to how the DeVoe Virtual Business Model supports your recommended changes, as well as identifying its ethical implications. In other words, how does your recommendations demonstrate respect of all customer segments with diverse backgrounds? Finally, what biblical principle(s) support your recommendation? Finally, you will provide a presentation to the Board/Trustees that complements and highlights the major findings and recommendations in your report.
