In this FNT you will combine process a) and processes c)-d) in one Temperature vs. Energy Added diagram. a) Sketch a Temperature vs. Energy Added diagram for sodium acetate going between room temperature and 100C. b) On a new diagram drawn exactly below the one you drew in a), sketch the path representing the process of the liquid heat pack cooling down from 100C to room temperature, as you did for process a) of FNT 3). Why does this process demonstrates supercooling? (It turns out that super cooling and super-heating are rather common.
