In this lab, youre going to create a pygame program that responds to user clicks by adding paint splatters to a canvas (and sometimes to the walls, the floor, etc.). The program will respond to user clicks by adding a randomly colored splatter to a random location on the screen. Once there are ten splatters, the program will declare Finished! Ready for MOMA!, Sheer genius!, A masterpiece! or some other praise. If the user clicks again, the image will reset to the original image, before paint, and the caption Click to paint!. The user can then work on another masterpiece
