In this unit, we examined two PMBOK Guide project management processes: Managing Project Stakeholders and Engaging Project Stakeholders. If you were the project manager for a large construction project developing a large municipal events center, who would be some of the key stakeholders to this project? How would you engage these stakeholders in order to successfully deliver the planned output of this project? Consider in your response some of the issues or problems you might typically encounter while trying to engage the project stakeholders, as well as some positive results that could help in successfully deliver the goals of the project?
