In week 4, we will walk through quality management. The philosophy that seeks to improve all factors related to the process of converting input into outputs on an ongoing basis is called continuous improvement. Problem-solving is one of the basic procedures of continuous improvement. In this discussion, I want to ask you to discuss process improvement based on an example. Your initial post should present a problem in a process and how you will tackle it. You can explain based on your own experience (Please do not present any information that is deemed confidential), or you can choose a service company and describe your solution to increasing the quality of the service. In this discussion, this is your opportunity to emphasize your critical thinking skills to improve the process. To get the whole grade, your solution should be based on the Deming cycle (PDSA)
