To be genuine Human Servies, you need to empathic and open minded. Using positive verbal and non verbal cues and language can help establish trust and shows the client you care.

Sometimes I can get frustrated with a clients situation and probably get too emotionally involved which can upset my client. I have to remember to keep my work separated so I can focus on helping my clients needs.
