• evaluate external and internal selection assessment methods, and
• describe the final processes of making and communicating employment decisions

Write your document as if it was an instruction guide to staffing teammates, giving directions for how to apply the concepts above. This should ready more like a workplace document than an academic paper, so aim for professional writing style and avoid references to the course, textbook, assignments, etc. You should be able to hand this document to a future boss at work as an example of your subject-matter expertise and capabilities in Organizational Staffing.

Utilize learning materials from assigned readings in the textbook, along with additional external research that you conduct individually, to help you accomplish this task.
