Please read the Eastern Provincial University case in the appendix of your textbook. Using the point method and the four basic factor categories, develop a job evaluation system for the Eastern Provincial University case. The job evaluation system should include the following: factors that represent the 4 main categories, short definitions of the factors, determine the number of degrees or levels for each factor, include short definitions for each degree or level.
