Individual Case Write-Up for the "Foxconn Technology Group Acquiring Sharp to Move Up the Value Chain" case study.

Provide:

• a brief introduction,
• an overview of the competitive situation (at the time of the case),
• identify key problems facing the organization.

Come up with two separate recommendations that will help the organization address those problems identified. Justify those recommendations separately and explain how each deals with the problem(s).
