Step 2: Assignment Deliverable - Preliminary Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Tools: Word, Excel (or another spreadsheet program), Gantt Chart Software *Remember: you do not have all details of the project at this point, so do not attempt to infer what the details are - use only the information you have to develop a preliminary list of activities in the form of a WBS. THE FILE NAME OF THE SUBMITTED ASSIGNMENT must appear at the top task (PROJECT LEVEL) OF YOUR WBS. Show at least 3 task detail levels in MOST of the areas of your WBS (Major task level and 2 additional sub-task levels). Include appropriate project management tasks, like team meetings, training, and testing tasks in all appropriate areas of the WBS for this particular case study. Include all the features you have learned about in your WBS including code numbering. Show very manageable tasks at the work package level. If you use Word or Excel, submit the actual file.
