Initiate a proposal in which you explore a real problem at a company or organization with which you are familiar. The problem may involve a policy, procedure, product line, piece of equipment, or the organization's structure, mission, or market. Successful proposals will 1. demonstrate that there is a problem (i.e., provide evidence of its existence and its impact on the company/organization); and 2. provide background, reasons, and evidence for the proposal.
