Implementer - Know how to take charge, speak up and make sure the team is heard.

Encourager/Mediator - Relationship building - Have the ability to build strong relationships that can hold a team together and make the team greater than the sum of its parts.

Analytic - Strategic thinking - Helps team consider what could be. They absorb and analyze information that can better inform decisions.

1. Analyze the strengths of your team and where your team may have some gaps, then describe what your role may be in the team based on your strength(s).

2. List your top 2 strengths and describe two positive and two negative statements about your strength.

3. Identify 2 strengths that you will focus on throughout the semester. Create 2 goals and/or action items for each strength. Be sure they are SMART goals. At the end of the semester this will be referenced in the LDAP.
