You are the Project Manager for the Project called- Safe House for Disaster Management in Wata Community. The value of this project is USD$2million and the project duration is 18 months. These are the project Team Members, Project Finance Manager, Project Quality Manager, Project Assistant Manager, HR Officer, 3 Engineers, 2 Handyman, 2 Administration staff.

You can also make assumptions to the information provided above in order to write your Stakeholder Management Plan.

Ensure each section of this stakeholder management plan is well written.

This section should introduce and discuss the goals and objectives of the Stakeholder Management Strategy for the project.
