a) G-mail allows users to send and receive email. Senders write notes and send it to the recipients email address. The G-mail email server receives the note from the sender and transmits the note to the recipient. The recipient can either reply or choose not to reply to the sender. If the recipient chooses not to reply, the email is marked as read in the G-mail server, but if the recipient chooses to reply, the G-mail servers mark it as read and replied. If the recipient replies and sends the email, G-mail will then send the reply back to the original sender.

b) Exchange-O-Gram is an app that allows users to post pictures, make friends, and have their friends like and comment on their pictures. All of this functionality is handled through the app. Users must first register for an account with Exchange-O-Gram before theyre allowed to either post pictures or make friend requests. Users are then able to like their friends pictures and leave comments. Hints: Make this simple for yourself and only diagram from the users point of view (i.e., just one swim lane is needed). No need to use official BPMN icons but do describe each event and decision being diagramed.
