Scenario

Acting as Mr. or Ms. Winnipeg, the Client, you would like to obtain proposals to design and build a Carport. This includes installing a fence with a gate as well as a concrete pad at the rear of his house.

For this assignment, you need to submit:

1. A procurement plan:

• Identify the project needs, categorizing those that can best be, or must be, met by acquiring products or services vs. those that you are going to do yourself.
• Develop a project schedule, include all activities, yours and your sub contractors.

2. A make vs buy analysis on some portion, or all of, your carport, fence and gate procurement - at least one make vs. buy analysis is required for this assignment.
