After reading Chapter $14$ and listening to the video lectures, you will use your knowledge of evaluation to write appropriate questions you would ask in conducting an evaluation of a FluMist vaccination program in Alachua County.

For this scenario$-$based activity, you should assume you are an external evaluation consultant who has been hired by the Alachua County Health Department to conduct an evaluation of a high school program designed to increase the number of students in Alachua County. who receive the free FluMist vaccination. The program encompasses a two$-$hour event at four high schools aimed at educating students about the risks of the flu and the impact of flu on academic success. School health educators and health professionals from the county health department planned the program, which provides tips, information, and freebies, including:

Educational booths $($presentations$,$ brochures, video$)$

Free T$-$shirts, food; and giveaways

A flu vaccine showcase sponsored by the FluMist brand

Specifically, you will:

Write one question each for process, impact, and outcome that you would ask as part of your evaluation of the free FluMist vaccination program.

State how each question would be measured.

For example, an outcome evaluation question could ask, "Did the number of vaccinations in Alachua County schools increase following the implementation of the program?" The measurement for this question would be school records indicating participation numbers for vaccinations before and after implementation.
