PART 1: Letter
Instruction for composing a letter:
Mr. Martin Albertson has been asked by Dr. Greg Lee, President of Mount Royal University, to do a presentation on business ethics at a national conference for business executives scheduled on November 10th from 3 to 4 p.m. Mr. Albertsons title is Vice-President, Corporate Marketing and Communications Please see page 8 of your text Organizational Chart of CanAsian Airlines.
Mr. Albertson has decided to ask Yang Su from the China office to join him in the presentation as he will be in town attending an executive management meeting earlier in the day. The presentation will be made by a panel with each participant allotted approximately 20 minutes to discuss international business ethics. A question-and-answer session will follow the presentations.
The presentation will be held at Mount Royal University, Lincoln Park Campus, 4825 Richard Road S.W. Calgary AB, T3E 6K6. Mr. Albertson will send Dr. Lee a copy of the resumes of both himself and Yang Su by November 7th. Mr. Albertson does not know the room number for the presentation that is being held at the Lincoln Park Campus.
Open the saved Letterhead template and compose a letter for Mr. Albertson's signature to Dr. Lee accepting his invitation to present and confirming the details of the presentation by using the information above.
1. Refer to the Formatting Business Documents Guide attached for the examples of the Business Letters
2. Use a full Blocked letter style with Mixed Punctuation
3. Proofread your document for Spelling. Grammar, punctuation, and keying errors.
4. Ensure you have included all the necessary parts of a letter. and save it for upload.
PART 2: Memo
Instruction for composing a Memo:
Compose a memo to Mr. Albertson regarding the completed letter you have drafted to Dr. Lee with the following facts:
1. The letter is attached, ready for checking, and Mr. Albertsons signature.
2. You will be out of the office for the next 3 days on the training.
3. Your assistant, Guy Beauchamp, will make any corrections or revisions required and ensure the letter is mailed once it has received final approval and signature.
4. Include any additional elements required for this memo
Your message must be complete, positive, correct, clear, concise, and simple.

2. Refer to the Formatting Business Documents Guide for the examples of the Memo to complete the assignment.
3. Proofread for completeness, spelling, grammar, and punctuation including paragraphing
4. Save your document for upload.
