1. How is the term culture defined in an organization? How is the general use of the term culture,as it is used in national culture, similar to or different from the use of the term in organizational culture.
2. Look at table 12.1 on page 268 in chapter 12. Which one of the four cultures identified by Schneider do you believe is the best way to change an organizations culture to be more employee focused so employees feel valued, appreciated and supported to deliver exceptional customer service. State why you made your selection, use a minimum of three sources to support your answer in APA in text and references.
