This project is based on running case in your text book, which starts end of the chapter 4 page 196 and continues through chapter 13. There are two parts of this evaluation. 1. Group Project - Part 2 2. Group Project Presentation - Part 2 Please pay close attention to instructions of each part. 1. Group Project - Part 2 Part 2 of this project, your team is expected to produce the following deliverables: 1. Team Charter and Pledge form - every group member must complete/sign the attached team charter and pledge form. Please see page 110 Table 3-8 for an example of the Team Charter. Please note that team charter and pledge form is a pre-requisite for all of the deliverables for this project. If a group fails to submit the completed form, the group will receive a zero for this part of the evaluation. 2. Develop a work breakdown structure (WBS) for the project. Break down the work to Level 3 or Level 4, as appropriate. Use the template (eConestoga Course Shell ->Content ->Course Information -> eText->Templates by Process group) and samples in this text as guides. Be sure the WBS is based on the project charter, the project scope statement, and other relevant information. 3. Use the WBS you developed, create a Gantt chart using MS Project . Estimate the task duration, enter dependencies, milestones, and resources as appropriate. Remember your schedule goal for the project is six months.
