Work is to be completed by each student individually.

Assignment weight: 10%

Work outside class (100% of grade)

Submissions: MS Project file to the dropbox of Individual Assignment 2. MS Word file for narrative.

A bibliography is required (APA format)

Use the WBS and Gantt Chart from Assignment 1 to complete cost information for all activities. You must add the cost information to the MS Project file that you used for Assignment 1. You will submit an MS Word file for your narrative.

Note: there is no need to update tasks, milestones and dependencies if you received feedback from assignment 1 part 1. You will only be marked on your budget assignments.

At a minimum, this will include the following:

150 word narrative

Rates for labour costs

Material costs, units and rates

Cost types (i.e. fixed and variable)

Timing of costs (e.g. end of specific period, prorated over several periods, etc)

Total cost of project should be 500-900 million dollars with costs spread logically across resources, equipment, costs and materials - note a jumbotron video screen costs 60 million dollars. Be sure to reflect this in your material costs.

To deliver an acceptable assignment, you will need to :

perform some research on the type of project, the work it involves and the associated costs;

understand the magnitude of this type of project and the effort and costs involved.
