Integration and Optimization Assignment

• Modify/develop four goals one each for the categories; people, operations excellence, financial performance.

• Describe implications for organization design and propose structural changes if needed.

• Develop modified/new metrics to track progress against the new/revised goals.

• Describe an approach to cascading these changes and modifying unit level planning.

• Identify change implications and describe general actions to support success and engage employees (does not need to be a detailed plan, high level only).
