1.  It is a requirement at Bounce Fitness centres to regularly consult with staff on workplace health and safety matters. Central to this month's meeting you are responding to an incident at work where a trainer broke her foot on a large weight that had fallen off the rack after a class finished.

Based on the information from up, conduct a role play of a briefing or 'toolbox' meeting. The role play will need to involve two to three (2-3) participants to play the work team from Bounce fitness. Your meeting should run for three to five (3-5) minutes. Base the meeting information on the answers for the questions above. In your meeting you will:

• Communicate information to the group about identified hazards and outcomes of risk assessment and control to work team.
• Communicate the outcomes of the consultation about WHS issues to the work team.
• And seek feedback from the team in the form of questions and answers.

You should use visual aids to help your message to the team. Your trainer will assess you on these skills during the role play.
