It is Monday morning.  As you enter the elevator at your workplace, you discover that you--and you alone--are there with the President of the company.  Although you have met only twice before, she remembers your name.  As you are on your way up 40 floors (and the elevator will not stop before then because she used her special key), she asks:  "How are things going in your unit?"  Later she asks, "How are you getting along with your supervisor?"  How do you respond to these questions?
