The function should find Simba is younger than Mufasa if Simba's birthday comes before Mufasa's, and Mufasa is younger if Mufasa's birthday comes before Simba's. The function should take two tuples as its arguments, each tuple containing a string name and a string date of birth in this format "1998-07-23". If they have the same birthday, the function should return "Same Age". For example the function call of who_is_younger(("Mufasa", "1998-01-04"),("Simba", "1998-05-12")) should retrun "Simba". Graded
