Five Steps in the Learning and Development Process

Employers often encounter gaps between what employees know and what they need to know. These gaps are filled by organizational learning and development $($L&D$)$ programs. This activity is important because employees have come to expect continuous learning, and making wise investments in L&D is better for the organization, in the long term, than failing to develop your employees.
