1. Can you please briefly describe your business?

Prompt: Who established it, when and how was it established?

I have a marketing agency which name is "Anventor Interactive". In 2018 I start this business my other 3 friends. Initially I had not that much idea about that business. I had only knowledge about video production and video editing and I wanted to do something like this which related to video. So, when I admitted to NSU I met someone who is interest to start a marketing agency and he is also looking for someone who has knowledge about video production. That's how me and him we start this business initially then later on we met another two people who also interested to do that business. So that's how we started our business.

2.What kind of products/services do you offer?

We have a marketing agency. Initially when started our business our intention was to provide service to the startup business. But later, we realize that we won't be able to survive in the market. Because most of them were not continuing their business further. Then we thought about giving service to the SME business of our country. So, we basically do research, analysis, branding for SME businesses.

3.What type of company is it?

I always wanted to do something in my life I always wanted to establish by myself even before I joined in NSU. So, from that felling it inspired me start this business. And as I told before I was good at video production and wanted to do something related to that. So, when I got an opportunity to work in that field it motivates me to start this venture.

Before starting this business, I had experience of video production and video editing. Apart from that I had experience of management and I had experience of event management as well.

Yes, I have. I managed my own business even before this one. It was an online shop where I had a Facebook page and I used to import product from china at cheaper price and sell those in our country. And I started this business when I was in class 10.

No, I haven't. but I like to watch motivational video in YouTube. Video of successful entrepreneur such as Elon musk and all and this help me a lot to get motivated to start my business.

When it comes about my business, I think I'm good at managing my clients. Since I'm operating a marketing agency and I had to manage lot of client. Other than that, I can work under pressure. Which I think is a very quality of mine which helped me to run my business.

I think the client support made our business bigger. And to understand our clients better we do market research on a regular basis.

Yes, that's our actual work since we are a marketing agency. Regularly we do market research of our clients. And to get clients we take several steps for example we are affiliated with one agency from UK. So they get clients from UK and they gave clients to us and it's like a collaboration with an international agency. And apart from that we get clients from various websites and sometimes we get clients directly I mean they directly contact with us.

So basically, right now we are only focusing on the digital part and there is a huge market gap in the offline part as well. So, we are working on that to fill that market gap.

Since I we don't manufacture anything, we don't have any suppliers. We just get clients and do the job for them that's it.

1.Employee recruitment: since it's a creative agency we usually look for someone who is creative, and we always give priority them who is intended to do something new.

2.Employee motivation: Actually, most of our employee work with us as a start their career. So, we show them the path how they can improve their work and can have a successful career. And apart from we appraise our employees for their good work and off course we give them salary which is main part of the motivation.

3.Employee performance: I personally satisfied with my employee's work. We have really good number of employees.

4.Workplace conflicts: No, I never face any kind of workplace conflicts. And I found that between my employees they have a good relationship. But in our executive body we had few conflicts in past over some issues which happen almost in every company and its normal.

Yes, we always do plan for our business. And we make plan and we work according to our plan.

I personally look for the outcome from my employees. And I believe if I can satisfy my client it will help me to grow in future. So, I make sure those things on a day to day basis.

Prompt: Do you always stay in the company or do you hold regular meetings with your employees?

So, I think when someone start a business it's not like that, he is only doing a business, he has some responsibility which he must fill. And for me since I'm a student I have to think about my study as well, so I always make sure that I'm fulfilling my duty.

Yes, I have to deal with multiple things. I have to think about my study and business so as I said I always make sure that I'm fulfilling my duty and also, I'm make sure that my other responsibilities are not hampering my study.

Yes, we get difficulties while managing our business. We face sometimes financial issues and sometimes we face workload. So, we always got different kind of issues.

No, I never thought about quitting this business. Moreover, we a vision to go beyond our local territory and expand our business in abroad.

We have a vision to give our clients a 360-degree services. So, we always try to give new things to our clients. Maybe we will introduce some new kind of services to our clients. And in near future we are aiming to introduce robot in our office which will serve our client whoever will visit our office.

Yes, our current financial position is capable enough to run our business smoothly. We actually past those struggling days behind.

Yes, off course I'm satisfied with my employees. As I told you earlier that they work really hard and they have a good relationship. And there is no workplace conflict as well so overall I'm satisfied with them.

We usually get clients from agency and from websites other than that we do marketing campaign to get clients.

So, we always to try to give better services to our clients so that they come to us again. and we always try give something new to our clients. So that's how we ensure our clients are loyal to us.

Since it's a marketing agency we don't have to invest too much in technology. But in near future we are planning to introduce robot in our office which server our clients whoever will visit our office.

No, it's not. But initially we faced few problems regarding that but now we overcome it.

yes, off course. If you don't take risk, then you have a minimal chance to reach your goal. In order to reach your goal, you have to take risk.
