I've had many interactions with my administrators. We meet regularly to go over topics including the topics that are covered in this programs, to addressing the concerns of students on my caseload. I am also in some leadership roles, including being a part of the leadership team and helping to oversee campus safety. I communicate regularly with my observations and what I can do to help make things run better.

As far as institutional practices go, I get an inside look into how decisions are made and I get to be a part of the decision-making process. This year we made decisions on intervention programs and professional development to help with classroom management to alleviate some of the maladaptive behaviors we are witnessing schoolwide. They give me a peek into the inner circle so that I can better understand the decision-making process and what I can do to make the best decision to help the school be successful while adhering to the mission and vision.
