Just need a response for the 2 separate post below

Thinking of this post's requirements made me reflect on the one message I have heard repeated greatly throughout my progress with not only my grad degree but with any type of work or relationship experience; Communication is key to forming success with any interaction. Interactions can range in a variety of manors but when it comes to a change involved between decision makers and followers to communicate change initiatives - and I was the liaison - I would aim to not only assure my message is being received and decoded but as well as I too theirs via whatever channel(s) of communication were identified best. Having better channels of communication will lead to a growth of trust, and as Change can be scary, forming trust with your stakeholders aids in creating stronger relationships that will further benefiting any involved as the opportunity for success is greater when all voices can be heard (Palmer et al., 2022). In addition to having an open channel of communication I would aim for having periodic check-ins, meetings, regurgitating the change vision/goals set, and continue support post go-live of the change to assure that any potential mishaps are kept to a minimum to see change success.

As a liaison between decision makers and the followers, it is important to showcase consistent and effective communication. All parties need to understand the change initiatives and the factors supporting the plan. As such, communication needs to be consistent, detailed, and transparent. Liaison needs to ensure that followers understand how the changes will impact them/their roles, timeline, and ultimate goals. Liaison will also need to listen to the feedback provided, and communicate that to the decision makers in a tone that's reflective of the followers. Liaison will also need to ensure decision makers are providing sufficient training and resources that will be necessary for a smooth transition. Overall, the liaison will need to be supportive and enthusiastic of the change, while also being mindful and considerate of concerns from the followers.
