The organisation can be in Australia or elsewhere but must be currently in existence and ONLY selected from the identified industries. The analysis is to be undertaken having regard to the Model of Organisational Culture identified by Edgar Schein. Assessment Description This is an individual assessment where students are to assume the role of working for the organisation. The organisation's leadership team is conducting an audit of the organisations culture therefore the student is required to research, analyse to provide a presentation to the leadership team.
