Each has a separate work role but must liaise with each other to coordinate the workflow and to complete overall team tasks.There is a problem between Kate and Bob; they have different opinion on how to conduct work. Kate has a very structured approach to work tasks while Bob takes on tasks more intuitively. Both complete their tasks to organizational requirements but have a different approaches and are unable to agree on work decisions without entering into disagreements. Team working is actively encouraged, so it is important that they find a way to get along and work together.Tim works with both Kate and Bob and is finding the work atmosphere unpleasant at times and finds it hard to ignore the workplace tensions that exist.
