Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot $6$ ; thence West along the South line of sald lot, $100\mathrm{.}00$ feet, to the point of beginning; thence North and parallel with Fifth Avenue, $200\mathrm{.}00$ feet to the North line of said $1$ot; thence West, $100\mathrm{.}00$ feet to the Northwest corner of sald $10$t; thence South, $200\mathrm{.}00$ feet to the Southwest corner of sald $10$t; thence East $100\mathrm{.}00$ feet to the point of beginning.
