Timed Startup

When a start button is pressed, motor M$1$ starts running. The next motor, $M2,$ starts running $5$ seconds after M$1$ begins. The next motor, M$3,$ starts running $5$ seconds after M$2$ begins. The next motor, M$4,$ starts running $5$ seconds after M$3$ begins. The final motor, M$5,$ starts running $5$ seconds after M$4$ begins. When a stop button is pressed, all motors will turn off.
