Le Moyne College has just received an enormous donor gift to endow, name and build a School of Business. This project stretches over 2 years and is slated to introduce new research labs, collaborative workings spaces and a new computer teaching laboratory. Project management is critical to completing this project on time and within budget. As a project manager on the Le Moyne Science School of Business project, you are to prepare a Gantt chart that illustrates the tasks, timing, resources, and costs associated with the first segment of the project, as indicated below. Note that overtime rates are 150% of a resource's cost per hour. Follow the directions below to produce the required reports. Directions: Develop a Gantt chart that shows the tasks below, their estimated task duration, the resources required, any associated milestones, and costs associated with the tasks. Format your tasks so that the start and finish dates associated with each task appear on the left- and right-hand side, respectively, of each task bar.
