This visual shows the amount of water that goes into making each part of a single hamburger. Americans consume about 50 billion hamburgers each year. This amounts to approximately 36 trillion gallons of water, which is almost the size of Lake Tahoe! What do you notice about this graphic? Does anything about this data surprise you? Are there certain ingredients that stand out to you more than others?
