The format of the report should be written following organisational policies and procedures as identified in Task 1.4. The report must include: 1. The key roles and responsibilities (duty holder legal requirements) of PCBU and for WHS risk management. 2. A clearly defined scope statement for your risk management plan which meets the requirements of the PCBU's WHSMS Note this will form the bases of your next task in Part 2. 3. A request for information regarding how others should be involved and their capacity to contribute. You may research and use a suitable workplace template or create your own using MS word or similar. Your report must be a minimum of 2 x A4 pages
