The activity that you choose to engage in is completely up to your discretion, as long as the activity is legally, ethically, and morally appropriate. Choosing an activity will require considerable self-reflection and creativity on your part. Following the activity, you will write a reflection paper summarizing 1) the activity that you engaged in and the learning experience you hoped to achieve through the activity, 2) how you chose to cope with the lack of success that you experienced, and 3) lessons learned from the experience about leadership and learning to lead.
