Leadership on Podcast is a group project that involves identifying and discussing public media products related to leadership topics. The material can be (i) an article from a leading world newspaper (The Hrriyet-Turkey; Financial Times -London; The Wall St Journal-US; The Australian Financial Review; Handelsblatt- Germany, etc.), or a scientific journal (Leadership Quarterly, Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, etc.). Students must analyze the material and organize the flow of their podcasts. The podcast can include (1) a story, an example, an incident, or a case, (2) pieces of evidence that prove the relevance between the leadership concept and the material selected, and (3) its potential implementations in workplaces.
