Lessons Learned

As project managers, we always want to improve our project management processes and project work. In this week's discussion, please share your lessons learned from this course. In your initial post, identify at least two elements that went well in either your individual work or group activities. Then identify at least two elements that did not go so well in either your individual or group work. Describe the element/activity, why it was good or not so good, and then how each element/activity relates to the discipline of project management (at least 250 words). For example, did you or your group have difficulties creating the project charter or the work breakdown structure? You would describe the activity, why it was a challenge to create the charter or WBS, and then explain how this activity relates to project management.
