Let's do something a little different for this last reflection! Consider an example of a group in which you are or were a member. You can use a student group $($ever done a group project?$),$ a work group, a committee, a club, etc. Just make sure that your group meets the definition described at the beginning of the chapter.

Section $13-2$ starting on page $460$ in your textbook covers factors that influence group performance: group cohesiveness, group ability and confidence, personality of the group members, communication structure, group roles, presence of others, individual dominance, and groupthink. Which of these factors MOST influenced your group's performance? Be sure to clearly identify the group, identify and accurately explain the factor that influenced your group's performance, and provide clear examples from your experience.
