You have received a letter from Company X asking you to send them a letter report outlining the hotel accommodations available to them near the Convention Center. Research the options online and then write a report recommending the best option. Make sure that you also include information about at least two other lesser options for the purpose of comparison.
Follow the guidelines below to be sure that your letter report uses the proper format:
