Compute variable neighbor$\_$diff as the element at index i $-1$ minus the element at index i$.$

Output the element at index i $-1,$ followed by $\text{'}-\text{'},$ the element at index i$,\text{'}=\text{'},$ and the value of neighbor$\_$diff.

Assign maximum$\_$diff with the maximum value of neighbor$\_$diff computed in all the iterations.
