List trend$\_$line contains integers read from input, representing a decreasing sequence of data values. minimum$\_$diff measures the minimum difference between two neighboring values in the sequence, and is initialized with None. For each index i of trend$\_$line from $1$ through the last index:

Compute variable neighbor$\_$diff as the element at index i $-1$ minus the element at index i$.$

Output the element at index i $-1,$ followed by $\text{'}-\text{'},$ the element at index i$,\text{'}=\text{'},$ and the value of neighbor$\_$diff.

Assign minimum$\_$diff with the minimum value of neighbor$\_$diff computed in all the iterations.
