Assuming you are the companys secretary. You are asked to plan for a meeting using Microsoft Exchange. Your first task is to compile a list of attendees. By using Microsoft Exchange; you will enter the meeting information into calendar such as the meeting venue and meeting. Before that, find the preferred date based on attendees availabilities and choose one preferred date. Once done, inform the meeting attendees.
