Make a 3 paragraph post that discusses a change management initiative you have seen fail. You can select from something you have personally witnessed, something you have seen (movie, program, etc.), or something you have read about Paragraph 1 should give a brief background of the the situation and the change initiative that was being attempted. Paragraph 2 should address why you think the initiative failed. Paragraph 3 should address one of the perspectives used in chapter 10 that you think would have helped the change initiative succeed.
