The purposed of this system is to help owner of any bus company to check total reservation made by passenger and show their information details. Any passenger who want to book using this online system required to fill personal details to proceed their reservation ticket. Crystalmove Sdn Bhd provides its passengers a facility to reserve any type of class seat (Premium or Regular), and giving plenty of discount to any membership status, disable people and based on age categorized which are children and elderly. PROBLEM STATEMENT Crystalmove Sdn Bhd want to create a simple system to show details of the passenger that made a reservation ticket for a bus, route from Pahang - Kuala Lumpur Central. The system will store information about the passenger that contains name, class, age, state, food, number phone, email, identity card, membership and status (Normal or OKU (disabled)) into their system records. The ticket fare is charge according to the type of class and if customers have a member card they will be eligible to get a RM5 off their original price. For Premium Class, they will receive free pillow and blanket. Crystalmove Sdn Bhd also provided food service to any customer who want to try their special signature food, Nasi Lemak Daging Crystalmove with only RM5. Type of seat Premium Class Standard Class Price RM25 RM10 From this fare, if the passengers are senior citizen (60 years old & above), children below 12 years old and OKU (disabled) persons will be given 10%, 15% and 20% respectively. Determine if the passenger have a member card, if so they will be eligible for a 5% discount and their info will be displayed Determine the state with the highest number of passengers and display the demographic detail, how many elderly, children, and disable people.
