$-$ During a year with much change and transition, I was able to continue to improve the program by successfully finalizing the Law Firm$/$Lobbyist inventory while also creating a process and procedure to annually maintain the International firms.

$-$ Finalized the Alternate program onboarding process. This allow the program to be compliant with the TPRM Alternate program standard.

$-$ Maintained the TPRM Alternate Program Standard and Requirements and continued to make changes to the LCBE TPRM SharePoint.

$-$ Continued to grow my personal knowledge base by joining a number of external seminars throughout the year. These gave me the ability to understand how others at different firms are building their TPRM programs. With this, I was able to bring back my learnings to help further mature our program.

$-$ With the program last year successfully moving from a transition to BAU state, and as a one person team, was able to manage the entire program. This included making sure all of our Law Firms were up to date in regards to data points and diligence.
