As federal and local governments implemented measures with the hope of containing or controlling the spread of the virus, the hospitality industry began developing strategies to stay in business. As the pandemic is getting under control, the hospitality industry will need to manage its business properly to be successful. All businesses must begin to develop strategies to deal with changes in levels just as they would when adjusting to seasonal changes in the past. 1) Consider strategies to put in place when focusing on the guest.
